It’s been a while since the last update, so here’s the cliff-note version of what’s happened…
The biggest thing we’ve done has been KBPI’s Best Band in Denver contest. With all the voting help, we managed to make the Top 15 bands and move on to the elimination rounds and got our song Tree of Death some radio play. We showed up to Eck’s Saloon knowing that we would be playing against Nemesys and Sins of Babylon, and those 2 brands brought the best they had. If you were at the show, you already know we blew the roof off that place. If you weren’t, check out the video here or on the front page of our site and see for yourself… Unfortunately, the voting didn’t reflect the crowd response, and Nemesys moved on into the semifinals. We do have to give some credit to No 1 Left Standing for getting the job done.
We had the opportunity to play at 3 Jacks for a joint birthday party with our good friends in Lost Point. (former best band in Denver winner) We decided to do something special for that show and brought Jace up on stage with us for a special cover of Detroit Rock City (video coming soon). Since then, we’ve played a couple of shows at Bushwackers Saloon and had a lot of fun playing for you guys again.
We were interviewed for this months issue of Colorado Music Buzz magazine for an emerging band spotlight piece. The January issue should be on newsstands now, so make sure you pick one up and check it out.
Any day now, Chris’ third child should be born, so give him props for that. We're all taking paternity leave for the occasion so there are no gigs scheduled right now, but as soon as we do you'll have and email or you can always check our calendar here. We are going to focus on recording for the time being. We’ve have great new stuff coming your way, so you’ll be able to change that skull-crushing soundtrack soon…
Hope everyone had a safe and happy new year and, as always, we appreciate the support more than you know.

Get Ready To Rock
Get ready for some more of this Denver…. Two shows next week. 3 Jacks Tavern Friday the 20th around 7pm and Saturday the 21st @Bushwacker’s Saloon around 10pm… No ticket needed, Just tell the door man you are there to get rocked by Dead Sea Armada.
Despite still having over 150 more views, better rating, and 2x as many ratings a week later and without question dominating the performance at Eck’s Saloon – we came up short for this years Best Band in Denver. We have a lot of respect for Nemesys and wish them the best of luck as Forth Yeer and thiC are going to be hard to beat.
We have some more shows planned, new songs to finish writing, and a little recording to do. We love and appreciate the support, and will keep on working to rock harder and louder than ever before.
